30-DAY RETURN WINDOW You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • With all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (HYGIENE) Due to hygiene standards and the intimate nature of our products, Shapewear and Intimates that have been tried on or worn cannot be returned. Please consult our Size Guide carefully before purchasing.

  • Jewelry: Can be returned if unworn and in the original box.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
